Seaton commenced operations ten years ago and has grown SML into a thriving and successful entity. Years of hands-on experience building and maintaining SE QLD gardens, coupled with formal landscape design qualifications, are crucial contributors to SML’s success. Seaton’s experience provides the technical expertise to execute the sustenance and maintenance of local landscapes and a strong understanding of their associated needs and nuances.

Michael brings a strong focus of organisation and efficiency to SML through a high level of previous experience in client relations, staff management and business administration. Prior to becoming SML operations manager, Michael worked for two years in the field at SML, gaining a broad, hands on understanding of the services provided.

Sustain Maintain Landscapes are a proud member of our industry body, Landscape Queensland. We are constantly improving our services through up to date information regarding relevant legislation changes, evolving industry practices and new product releases.

Safety is taken seriously at Sustain Maintain Landscapes. Safety Champion, an Australian-designed and made software, is utilised by the SML staff at all levels. We ensure safe work practices by thorough hazard and incident reporting and ongoing development of our safety policies and procedures, which are centralised and easily accessible.
